Burnout is real. Don’t play yourself by this hustle culture, this capitalist culture, that you are not enough, doing enough, and not deserving of rest. Regardless of whether the goal is accomplished today, tomorrow, next year, do not quit. Please get rest, recalibrate your tools and resources, but do not quit when you are suffering from burnout. Get some rest and return with fresh eyes the next day, please , and know that you are enough.
