Blackness is not a monolith; however, it is global. You can find Black people, exhibiting their respective Blackness and Black culture across the world. From Asia to Europe to The Americas, we are everywhere, keeping this Earth in rotation. Nonetheless, we are separated by the systems of power that dilutes our capacity to communicate, collaborate, and overthrow them domestically and internationally. Just imagine if the love we had for ourselves were beyond vanity, instant gratification, and local geography but rooted in the worldly appreciation, love, and the sacrificial investment our ancestors bestowed upon us?
